UCS9 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and UCS9 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality made available through the UCS9 platform at ucs9.cam and any associated applications or subdomains.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager or using any part of the UCS9 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the UCS9 platform.

This Agreement is to be read in conjunction with the UCS9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between documents, this Agreement shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

3. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on UCS9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. 3.1 You must be at least 21 years of age. UCS9 enforces this minimum age requirement without exception. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any balance returned to the verified payment source.
2. 3.2 You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
3. 3.3 You must be legally permitted, under the laws and regulations applicable to your location, to access online gambling and betting services. UCS9 does not provide legal advice and it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the platform complies with local laws.
4. 3.4 You must not be a current or recent employee, director, contractor or agent of UCS9 or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. 3.5 You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the UCS9 service is explicitly restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
6. 3.6 You may hold only one (1) active UCS9 account at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent suspension.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during account registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. UCS9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

UCS9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with international responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of residential address, payment method verification and additional supporting materials before deposits, withdrawals or bonus activations are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. UCS9 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify UCS9 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

UCS9 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform strictly for your personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on UCS9 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or its markets;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or market odds;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities in the UCS9 platform;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information to UCS9 or its support team;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, copy or distribute any part of the UCS9 platform without express written permission;
• Opening duplicate accounts to circumvent suspended accounts or claim multiple welcome bonuses.

5.3 Platform Availability

UCS9 aims to maintain consistent platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, third-party provider outages or force majeure events may affect availability. UCS9 will not be liable for any loss attributable to service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

6. Deposits and Payment Methods

6.1 Supported Methods

UCS9 supports various MYR payment methods for Malaysian users, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers through providers such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Available methods and their respective minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed during the deposit process. Availability may change at any time and is not guaranteed.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• UCS9 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are intended solely for wagering on UCS9. Using the deposit mechanism as a money-transfer service is prohibited.
• UCS9 reserves the right to reject any deposit it considers suspicious or inconsistent with responsible gambling obligations.

6.3 Currency

Account balances for eligible Malaysian users are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) where the selected payment route supports MYR denominations. Currency conversion fees may apply where a non-MYR payment source is used; UCS9 will not absorb such charges.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, active account status and compliance with applicable wagering requirements associated with any Bonus Funds. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless UCS9 expressly approves an alternative.

7.2 Processing Times

UCS9 targets the following indicative processing timeframes measured from withdrawal approval, subject to payment provider availability, banking hours and individual account conditions:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes after approval;
• DuitNow and FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong and other participating Malaysian banks): typically 5–15 minutes;
• Bank wire transfers: typically 15–60 minutes.

These are indicative ranges only and not contractual guarantees. UCS9 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions, scheduled maintenance or incomplete user verification.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed during the withdrawal request process and may vary by payment method and account tier. UCS9 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with prior notice where practicable.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All wagers placed on UCS9 — including sports betting markets (covering events such as the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other competitions), live betting, casino games, slots and arcade games — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product or market. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section and form part of this Agreement.

8.2 Odds and Prices

Odds are variable and reflect the platform's assessment of event probability at the time of acceptance. UCS9 reserves the right to suspend markets, void selections or correct obvious errors in published odds. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation reference from the platform. Displayed odds are not guaranteed until confirmed.

8.3 Void Bets

UCS9 may declare a bet void where an event is cancelled, abandoned or prematurely concluded; where a manifest pricing error has occurred; where match-fixing or cheating is suspected; or where a technical error resulted in an incorrect acceptance. Stakes on voided bets will be returned to the member's account balance.

8.4 Responsible Wagering

UCS9 strongly advises all members to review the amount, market terms and potential outcome before confirming any wager. Past results do not predict future outcomes, and no betting strategy eliminates the risk of loss.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

9.1 Eligibility and Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by UCS9 are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These include, without limitation, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game types, wagering multipliers, maximum withdrawable amounts and time limits. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotion terms.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

UCS9 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin hedging strategies, exploitation of free bets and irregular wagering behaviour inconsistent with genuine recreational use. Where abuse is identified, UCS9 reserves the right to void related bonuses and associated winnings, and may suspend or close the account.

9.3 Changes to Promotions

UCS9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where an active promotion is withdrawn, the relevant terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited will continue to govern outstanding wagering requirements.

10. Responsible Gambling Obligations

UCS9 is committed to providing a safe and controlled entertainment environment. As a condition of account use, Members acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves risk and should be treated as a form of paid entertainment, not a source of income;
• Only funds available after essential household, family and financial commitments should be used for wagering;
• Self-exclusion, deposit limit and session control tools are available and should be used if gambling behaviour becomes difficult to manage;
• Members under the age of 21 must not access or attempt to access UCS9 gambling services.

UCS9 reserves the right to impose account restrictions without prior notice where responsible gambling concerns are identified. For further guidance, please refer to the Responsible Gambling section of this platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the UCS9 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations and layout — is the intellectual property of UCS9 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no right to reproduce, redistribute, sublicence, sell or create derivative works from any UCS9 content without express prior written authorisation.

Scraping, automated collection or systematic extraction of data from the UCS9 platform by any means is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of database rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UCS9 and its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including losses sustained as a result of:

• Service interruptions, delays or errors attributable to third parties;
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect credentials;
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or promotional descriptions;
• Outcomes of wagers placed on UCS9 markets.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of UCS9, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

UCS9 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold, void or confiscate account funds, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or associated policies;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or other criminal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to satisfy verification requirements within the stipulated period;
• Account activity inconsistent with genuine recreational wagering;
• Reasonable concern that the account is being operated by or for a person under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding Real Money Funds may be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to UCS9 or subject to legal hold. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon suspension in breach scenarios.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the applicable international licensing jurisdiction under which UCS9 operates. UCS9 does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian governmental authority; online gambling regulation in Malaysia rests exclusively with the relevant licensing body where the operator is incorporated.

Malaysian users are solely responsible for understanding the laws applicable to online gambling in their location and for ensuring that their use of UCS9 is consistent with those laws. UCS9 does not represent that access to the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to This Agreement

UCS9 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify active members via the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.

Continued use of the UCS9 platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated Agreement, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
